General purpose | Specify how SAP user statuses should be used for FSM service calls. User statuses can be used as service call origins or to indicate that a given order was created from FSM. The functionality is not implemented for network and notification-based service calls. |

Mapping rules
Origin of Service Call | 1 Service call created in cloud - if a service call was created in FSM, set a given user status to the resulting order in SAP ECC/S4 2 Origin of Service call - user statuses which can be transferred to FSM as service call origins. Service call origins can then be sent with transaction /PACG/ECM_TRIG_SCORI.
