Definition of Customers per plant having consignment stocks. Per consignment an owner may be defined (user or personal no.). This is relevant when setting Cloud permission to "Own" for Warehouse and Warehouse Level.
Transaction /PACG/ECM_WRHKU is used to define user customer consignation stock. “Customer” Consignation is not relevant to physical location in Customer plant.
In this case Customer = Technician so Customer should be created for our technician/user and then combine with SAP User/Personnel Number. With this configuration it is possible to keep material on technician stock which is not reachable from SAP ERP.
Example: Technician is defined as customer to have his car storage as customer consignment.
