Transaction /PACG/ECM_WRHKU is used to define user customer consignation stock. “Customer” Consignation is not relevant to physical location in Customer plant.
In this case Customer = Technician so Customer should be created for our technician/user and then combine with SAP User/Personnel Number. With this configuration it is possible to keep material on technician stock which is not reachable from SAP ERP.
Example: Technician is defined as customer to have his car storage as customer consignment.

Def. Ship-to Partner | Setting related to: /PACG/ECM_USRADR > view 'Addresses for E4C Users' > field 'Address source' set to 'S Ship-to Address'. If a user is assigned to more than one business partner, the entry checked as 'Def. Ship-to Partner' is used to determine which partner's ship-to address would be sent as technician's home address, region and territory. |
