Multiple regions

By default, only one region assignment can be sent with technician’s master data. If a technician is assigned to more than 1 work center, only 1 work center is indicated in FSM. Activate this field to send multiple region assignments for a technician so that each work center to which the employee is assigned will be visible in FSM as a region.

This option applies to ‘Region object’ set to ‘Work center’.

The option can also be used for region source set to ‘Service Employee Group/Service Team’. When disabled and more than one object assignment is found for a technician, the one set as default service employee group/service team is taken first (see https://proaxia-prod-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PFCC/pages/2209447937). If no assigned object is set as default, the first found is used.
