This is used for initial setup of the FSM cloud connector (formerly E4C)The setup program automatically fills various customizing tables and settings, related to inbound/outbound idoc processing, logs, events or attachments. By default, this is run on "Test Mode" mode only. the ‘Test mode’ flag is enabled. It must be run after the first FSM Cloud Connector installation and each service pack update.

Full sync should be done with the “Only users” parameter switched on in transaction /PACG/ECM_USERG – User – General Settings https://proaxia-prod-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PFCC/pages/37138277. This prevents the cloud to create EMPLOYEES first. The idocs in the cloud are processed asynchronously and it might happen that EMPLOYEE will be created before ERPUSER. If something like that happens, the reference could be incorrect. Additionally, if the above parameter is marked, not all employees are sent to the cloud. The employees are sent from the table /PACG/ECM_UNIPER. |
In the test mode run (which actually performs a check on the default settings), there should only be green traffic lights shown. If the count for red or yellow is shown, then do run this one more time in non-test mode.

If initially, sales activity was intended in the past and then later E4C activity is now required, there will be a need to do a reset to default values first with the "Reset to default values" and then again with the "Use E4C activity object". Note also there is a migration program (Migration of Sales activities to E4C FSM activities ) for migrating sales activity to e4c activity. |
