Connector Cockpit | Enable multiple selection in FSM Cockpit IDocs report In the FSM Cockpit, in the IDocs report it is now possible to select multiple IDocs for further processing. Object key and order number fields are now hotspots in the cockpit For the most of the objects handled by FSM Cockpit IDocs report their keys can be turned into a link (hotspot) redirecting to dedicating transaction Display FSM Cloud Connector version info in the FSM Cockpit FSM Cloud Connector, Message Broker and Transporter versions are now available directly in the FSM Cockpit. This reduces the number of transactions used by monitoring consultants. |
FSM Connector (general) | Class assignment configuration In the class assignment configuration transactions - both, for incoming and outgoing objects - fields 'Message code' and 'Msg.function' got removed. In the class assignment configuration for inbound IDocs field ‘no immediately’ was removed. New reports /PACG/ECM_SET_TR and /PACG/ECM_SET_TV There are two new report created. With this new reports it is possible to display customising transactions and tables which entries are not automatically transported to other systems. Performance | Batch quantities owners When sending batch quantities to FSM, instead of creating for each owner its own IDoc segment all batch owners are concatenated into string and stored in as little segments as possible Conditional triggering of events for orders Now, before system triggers event sending an order to FSM it checks beforehand if given order is valid for sending. Trigger ITEM event conditionally Items are now sent to FSM using BTE instead of SWEC. This way it is possible to narrow the number of raised /PACG/ event and trigger them only for relevant materials |
Personal reservation | Dummy booking for Personal Reservation It is possible now to enable dummy booking for inbound personal reservation objects. Worktime | Post activity allocation to internal orders for inbound worktime Until now worktime reported in FSM could have been booked only with CATS if referenced order was an internal one. With this new Connector release it is now possible to use also activity allocation (because for internal orders it is not possible to post confirmations) |
