The full sync process can be stopped manually by deleting synchronization requests in FSM Admin module:

The following steps must be performed afterwards:

  1. In transaction SMQ1 mark all queues with queue name /PACG/ECM_FULLSYNC and delete them

  2. Execute the setup program (/PACG/ECM_SETUP - FSM Connector's Setup)

  3. When finished, trigger a new full sync

  4. Restart Message Broker
