General purpose

Specify how skills and tags transferred to FSM should be determined in SAP, as well as their properties.

Sending transaction (?)

/PACG/ECM_TRIG_TAG - Tag send, /PACG/ECM_TRIG_SKILL - Skill send

(S4)PACG 200 SP09 You can navigate to the sending transaction using the button Send to FSM, placed on the toolbar.

Before transferring Skill objects to FSM, please make sure to transfer Tags first. Tags (e.g. English language, driving licence) are connected to employees by SKILL objects and to activities by REQUIREMENT objects. Object assignment (?)

Object TAG and SKILL must be added to /PACG/ECM_NOAS - No Object Assignment for a given company

Customizing options

Skill source

HR mini master info type 0024 or infotype 1001 DB table (development subprofile, transaction PPDPIM)

(S4)PACG 200 SP10 Skip skills with ‘valid to’ in the past

Do not transfer skills whose ‘valid to’ date is in the past, compared to the system date.

Tag source

HR mini master info type 0024 entries found in table T574A/B or infotype 1000 DB table.

Tag name source

This is the ID that is sent as "Name" in FSM.

Tag descr.

This is the name of the qualification found in tag source and shown as "Description" in FSM.

Send requirements with activity

Short skill key

Use short keys, stored in table /PACG/ECM_SKILL, as skill ID sent to SAP FSM.

To save skill attachments as DMS, it is required to have this setting enabled. As a result, object link for /PACG/ECMQ and the short skill key will be created in a DMS document.
