A new company after system copy

1.1         Stop the Windows Service

When the system copy is planned, it is advisable to stop the message broker windows service responsible for quality system

1.2         Create a new cloud company

Follow the guide below to create a new FSM Company:

Create FSM Companies

The name of the company should be the same when updated in ECC company account transaction (Transaction code is /PACG/ECM_CACC) and in message broker (E4C configuration file).

Remember: If You are using small or big letters You have to use exactly the same letters in ECC company account transaction and in message broker.
