1.1 Create a qualification group and specific qualifications
Go to transaction S_AHR_61003929 and use option Create or use F6
In the next window choose option “Qualification group”
This action will take you to Qualification group creating window. Start by specifying the object name, then (optionally) add a description, and choose what type of scale will be used in qualification level. Click SAVE or press Ctr + S
Specify the customizing request and accept.
The new group should be visible as shown below:
Set the cursor on the name of your new Qualification group and again click button Create or F6. This time choose ‘Qualification’.
Add all the necessary information and SAVE. As you can see, the scale type was copied from the scale of the qualification group
The result of these actions should be visible as a tree where qualifications are grouped in a qualification group.
1.2 Transfer Tags to SAP FSM
In transaction /PACG/ECM_TRIG_TAG choose a relevant company ID and the ID of the qualification which should be sent. If you are not sure what is ID of Your qualification just choose company and use option “Proceed”
As you can see on the picture below, Tags which have already been transferred to SAP FSM were not sent this time (information “No changes in Object” is displayed).
New skills should be visible in FSM Master data
1.3 Assign qualifications to a technician
Go to transaction PPDPIM and choose the option “Person”. In the next field enter the technician’s personnel number. Go to edit mode.
In the next screen go to tab ‘Qualification’, and click the create button.
Decide which qualifications should be assigned to the chosen technician. Click enter.
Newly assigned qualification should be added to the user qualification list. Save.
Go to transaction /PACG/ECM_TRIG_SKILL to send the new skill. Choose a relevant company ID and personnel number. Execute.
Successful transfer is confirmed by logs.
You should be able to see new qualifications assigned to your technician in FSM People Master Data, in tab ‘Skills’.
1.4 Create a requirement profile and relationship
Go to transaction PO17, name your requirement profile in field “Requirements profile (LO)“ and choose infotype “Object”. Then click the option ‘Create’.
Name your requirement profile Object and save the record.
Create a relationship between the requirement profile and a qualification in transaction S_PH9_46000019 - Objects Without Qualifications or Requirements.
Choose your new Requirements profile and proceed.
Choose option Create or press button F7.
Choose your qualifications and press enter.
Check the new records and save.
