A new transaction has been created based on the one described on this page - Notification configuration for Checklist. The purpose of this redesign was to enhance user experience by creating a view cluster and refining condition creation. To avoid data duplication, please make sure to maintain data in only one of the mentioned transactions.

Transaction /PACG/ECM_CLCTN - Notification tasks parameters for checklist implements a new inbound processing logic for notification tasks. A specified element of a specified checklist template is compared to a specified value and based on the result of this comparison, a notification and its tasks can be managed. Possible actions include: notification tasks creation or deletion, notification closing or creation, change of other notification parameters.

If no notification is linked to the order, a new notification is created for defined error codes and linked to the order. In such a case the tasks for each entry in the checklist are created at the same time. Checklists sent as PDF documents are linked in the service notification under "GOS".
