This transaction serves the purpose of sending Teams from SAP ECC to FSM based on the company ID and Team GUID/Name.
Team GUID – globally unique key of a team, which can be found in the /PACG/ECM_TEAMM – FSM Team table.
No team TF – do not send team timeframes
Successful transfer is confirmed by logs. Idocs of type /PACG/ECM_ITYPE_TEAM and /PACG/ECM_ITYPE_TEAM_FRAME are sent to FSM.
/PACG/ECM_ITYPE_TEAM - ID, name and validation time range of the team
/PACG/ECM_ITYPE_TEAM_FRAME - each member of the team is sent in a separate idoc of this type. The idoc contains the Team ID, a cloud user name and the ‘leader’ value which can be true or false.
Teams in SAP are created and stored in the /PACG/ECM_TEAMM – FSM Team table.
Team technicians (identified by their personnel numbers) are assigned to teams in the /PACG/ECM_TEAMT – Team technicians table. Team GUIDs are used to refer to a specific team.
