Equipment can be transferred to SAP FSM with deletion flag, based on system- or user status. Keep in mind that this transaction is optional.

Leaving this field unchecked will result in transferring the object as deleted (transaction type 'D’).

Example

The user wishes to remove equipment from SAP FSM company 1, if it gets deactivated in SAP ECC/S4 (receives system status I0320). Take a look at the customizing entry:

The equipment gets deactivated in SAP ECC/S4, transaction IE02:

Outbound equipment idoc is sent as deletion request, as indicated by the transaction type set to 'D':

The equipment will be deleted from SAP FSM.
