Before archiving, the system checks whether the vss data is still being used. For this purpose, usage checks are performed on the data.
Note
You can display a verification list of the vss data that is still in use in the system and that is flagged for deletion using the initial run (preprocessing). To do this, execute the initial run in Test Mode.
