This extension enables users of Onsight Connect to easily initiate an augmented reality (AR) based remote expert session from within the Web and Mobile versions of FSM. Once installed and configured, Onsight Connect is available within Service Calls. A single click launches Onsight Connect and calls the assigned individual(s) who can provide remote guidance to the worker. While in an Onsight session, participants can access IoT data and collaborate via video, audio, images and advanced AR features to quickly resolve issues.
