This ALV report available in transaction /PACG/ECM_LOG_VIEWER displays collected messages/errors linked to FSM objects. A set of criteria can be used to view the information related to a specific object type such as equipment, activity or service call (and many others) or a specific object such as equipment number, activity number and service call number.
On the selection screen is possible to limit searching based on different criteria. Please note that parameters FSM Company Id and Created On are mandatory.
Users can adjust the layout based on their needs to see basic or more detailed information about errors.

To enable the new functionality Log Type in transaction /PACG/ECM_CUSLOG needs to be selected as “FSM Business Process Cockpit Log”
In order to see logs after sending objects manually to FSM using sending transaction, option “Save Log” should be switched on.
