This ALV report available in transaction /PACG/ECM_LOG_VIEWER displays collected messages/errors linked to FSM objects. A set of criteria can be used to view the information related to a specific object type such as equipment, activity or service call (and many others) or a specific object such as equipment number, activity number and service call number.

On the selection screen is possible to limit searching based on different criteria. Please note that parameter Created On is mandatory.

Users can adjust the layout based on their needs to see basic or more detailed information about errors.

Users can highlight the specific record and click on object button in order to see more information about some supported objects (for example activity, service order, network order, equipment and business partner)

The traffic light colour coding has been added in order to enable view of the message status : error, warning or processed as expected.

Please note that in order to enable the new functionality Log Type in transaction /PACG/ECM_CUSLOG needs to be selected as “FSM Business Process Cockpit Log”

Please note that in order to see logs after sending objects manually to FSM using sending transaction, option “Save Log” should be switched on.
