DMS attachments for checklist instances and checklist templates can be displayed using the screens delivered with FSM Cloud Connector - /PACG/ECMC and /PACG/ECMT. To store checklist instance/template attachments using the DMS method, the following steps described below should be performed.
Adjust ‘Cloud Message to SAP object' configuration for cloud message CHECKLISTINSTANCE
In transaction /PACG/ECM_CUST_ATTA - Inbound/Outbound Attachment Configuration, node Cloud Message to SAP object configuration, enter SAP objects for cloud message types CHECKLISTINSTANCE and CHECKLISTTEMPLATE, as below:
This is added automatically for new installations.
Assign /PACG/ECMC and /PACG/ECMT as new object links in transaction DC10
Navigate to transaction DC10. For the relevant DMS document type, create a new object link - using objects /PACG/ECMC and /PACG/ECMT:
In transaction CV01N, a new object type should be available:
Please be aware that adding a link in CV02N to these objects will not send the attachment to the cloud.
Checklist template attachment example
Make sure that the storage type for inbound attachments is set to DMS.
Create a checklist template in FSM. Add an attachment element. Specify the picture to be used.

Checklist instance attachment example
Create a checklist instance on the FSM mobile app. The template should contain an attachment picker field. Use it to upload an attachment.
