This small utility tool returns information about installed Message Broker version based on related logical port used for connection. It take two parameters:

  • Logical port - it is the name of logical port used for connection as defined in SOAMANAGER. If left empty system will try to use port marked as default.

  • Read from cache - if this in is checked program will not try connecting to message broker and will display already cashed data instead

Report returns following information:

  • Message Broker version

  • Transporter version

  • Message Broker state

Message Broker and Transporter version numbers refers to versions of the used libraries of the same names. Message Broker itself has no information whatsoever of corresponding component version used by SAP.
