Customizing to enable follow up processes (Notification) based certain Checklist values


Template ID & Templ. Vers.:
Checklist Template for which a Notification should be created (make sure equipment and/or picker is part of the criteria and in the checklist template)


Position Number:
Field which needs to be tested against the define field value (equal / not equal)
Not equal:
Equal or not equal
Value:
Checklist field value with max 255 character. This value must be the value that was submitted by FSM to ECC in the table /PACG/ECM_CLTDP.
Notifctn Type:
Message type of the new Notification
Task determin:
Flag for automatic task determination in the service notification
Equi Position:
Field number in which the Equipment Number within the Checklist should be stored so that this Number can be overtaken into the new Notification
Text rule:
Rule for short text in the Notification. Use "2 Checklist name" only.
Short text pos:
Position number the short text should be taken from
User Status:
User Status which is set in the Notification
Text 1 to Text 3 Position:
Notification long text. You can define three Checklist-fields which will be inserted in the Text
Causer Position, Value & Customer:
Customizing to find the correct Sold-To within the Notification. This is controlled by the Value in the Field "Causer Position", the Customer will be written into the Notification in case Checklist value is the same as in the Field.
