The system supports also the option to have different channels of communication defined per different type of consents.
In the same way as in case of a single set of channels for all consents, the user can define the GDPR for a BP, by navigating in the BP grid list, select a BP and from the Actions menu, and the Data Privacy select any of the two options below:
- Upload Signed GDPR or
- Digital Sign GDPR
In both cases, the user is redirected to a page, where it is possible to select for each of the consents available, the channels that the customer agrees to be contacted.
After selecting the channels for the available consents, the user must check the box 'The customer has signed the current privacy policy' and save the selection. In case of a digitally signed document, the selection of channels for each of the consents is included as depicted here:
Configuration
When the Setup key "AreDataPrivacyChannelsPerConsent" is set to true, the GDPR statement can handle different channels per dealer consent.
To set up the Consents the user must navigate to the page: ~/SetupEntities/List/BusinessPartner/IDMS_DATAPRIV_CONS and do the necessary configuration

Activate Deactivate a Consent
Consent can be activated or deactivated by the Activate/Deactivate row action or the Active switch control on the form.
When the consent is deactivated:
- The assigned business processes do not have their functionality
- The consent is not visible to data privacy GDPR pop ups and the BP Data Privacy tab
- All already create business partner consents will longer be visible to GDPR pop ups and BP Data Privacy tab and by the first update of the GDPR of the BP the consents will be overridden by the enabled consents
- The deactivated does not affect the already printed documents
When the consent is activated:
- The consent will be visible to data privacy GDPR pop ups and the BP Data Privacy tab
- Data that were hidden from the deactivation and were not overridden will be shown again
Delete consent
Consent can be deleted by the Delete row action. The delete has the same impact as the deactivation, but even if you create again the same consent, the already create BP consent will not be shown again
