From within the Sales Lead, the user has the opportunity to communicate digitally with the customer via the following options: 

  1. Send an email 
  2. Send a WhatsApp message 
  3. Send a Viber message 

There are specific notification templates that are configurable and can be used for this type of communication. More details can be found in the chapter about Smart Documents. 

An digital communication with the customer is available under the tab Related in the section Notifications as shown here as an example:
