When using reservations on activity level (see Reserved materials on operation/activity level), make sure to keep order component data consistent with the related sales order. Otherwise, the relationship between reservation items and sales order items will not be identified properly, and the related reserved material won’t be sent as ‘shipped’ to FSM.
Example of making data inconsistent: MATERIAL1 added to order components for operation 0010, then consignment fill-up created and in the consignment fill-up the user changes the material to MATERIAL2. After delivery, FSM Cloud Connector won’t be able to recognize which reserved material entry that delivery applies to. Only MATERIAL1 will be visible as a reserved material and not shipped.
Through customer consignment, when a component of type "L" is entered. After a delivery in SAP (631) the reserved material is sent to FSM with shipped quantity.
Customizing prerequisites
Reserved material creation
Make sure that the ‘RMAT’ object is assigned to the relevant plants for your company. Otherwise reserved materials can’t be transferred to FSM.
Check if field ResMat Creation (long label Source for Reserved Material creation) is set to From order components for proper reserved material creation in /PACG/ECM_VSCTD - Service Call types definition (cluster view):
Define a cloud special stock for SD reservations (and plant reservations if reserved materials should be sent to FSM also before shipment) in transaction /PACG/ECM_WRHSP - Special Stock. They must be sent to FSM with /PACG/ECM_WRHSND_S - Warehouse Definition.
Add the following movements types in transaction /PACG/ECM_IWLON - Goods Movement - send online:
goods issue for order (261)
goods issue for order with special stock (261 (W))
goods issue consignment lending (631, 631(W))
goods issue consignment return delivery (632, 632(W))
In transaction /PACG/ECM_RMGM – Reserved Material Action on GM, configure action for consignment goods issue/returning.
With proper customizing, after delivery, an entry with process type M and type S should be created in table /PACG/ECM_ARMAT for a given reservation.

In transaction /PACG/ECM_VSCTD - Service Call types definition (cluster view), tab Materials settings, fill in the following fields:

In transaction IW31, tab components, enter material, quantity, item category “L” and plant.
After saving order, go to transaction IW32, in tab component use button “Adv. Shipment”
Enter document type used for consignment Fill-up.
Save sales order and service order.
In transaction VA02, go to “select document” tab and find option Deliver.
In transaction VL01n, go to picking tab, fill picking quantity and then post goods issue.
Delivery should be done, you can check document flow in service order.
