(S4)PACG 200 SP11

Due to significant enhancements in the area of Person Reservations (for instance, support for storing single and multi-day reservations created in FSM as CATS entries; support for modifying/deleting them later in SAP ECC/S4), the object’s key must have been redesigned.

If you upgraded to (S4)PACG 200 SP11 and used the functionality of Person Reservation creation based on CATS entries (Automatic transfer of CATS entries as person reservations) with the previous Connector’s versions, please execute the program /PACG/ECS_PRES_CATS_KEY_MIGR. It’s necessary to avoid duplicates in FSM, in case already existing reservations were updated or deleted. The ‘Date’ criterion is by default set to 60 days in the past. You can adjust it to reflect the period in which reservations can still be edited/deleted in FSM or SAP.

The program performs a seamless migration of keys for all the reservations sent to FSM within the specified period. For each Person Reservation once sent to FSM, which meets the criteria entered on the selection screen, a special remapping object (/PACG/ECM_OBJCONF) will be generated. It will replace the old key with a new one.
