This view allows selecting default properties for service calls created from FSM.

When the new organization model is enabled (Service > Basic Functions > Enterprise Organizational Management > Enable Enterprise Organizational Model), the following fields are displayed:

The Service Organization and Service Team fields are used to determine the target organizational data for service orders created in FSM. By default, the system determines a team automatically based on the responsible person of an inbound service call. FSM Cloud Connector overwrites it based on config only if no responsible person was entered in FSM.

When the new organization model is disabled (Legacy model is activated), the following fields are displayed:

Service Organization and Service Organization unit is used to determine Organizational Data in S4 Service Order. Service Employee Group is a obligatory partner function (in SAP Best Practices) for service order. When this field is empty, the Connector determine Service Employee Group in a following logic:

Depending on Country and Postal Code for selected Customer, the system will be looking for the suitable Service Team within Service Organization. The founded Service Team will be used as a Service Employee Group for Service Order. When system will find multiple Service Teams, then such case is not allowed and error with proper information is displayed. Only 1 service employee Group can be determined at once.
