Feature description

Materials

Create reserved materials on activity level.

Ordered quantity in item warehouse level automatically updated after purchase order create/change.

Calendars

Holiday calendar integration – transfer holiday calendars, public holidays and person assignments from SAP ECC/S4 to SAP FSM.

Equipment

Global QR codes integration. Define which UDF ID carries equipment QR code information (sent after pairing an equipment with a code by a technician). During processing of inbound equipment idocs, the value of the UDF above is retrieved and stored in a new dedicated table.

When an equipment is updated with a new plant, this equipment will be deleted from the old cloud company before creating it in a new company (maintenance or planning plant – depending on the ‘Planning plant’ field in /PACG/ECM_EQ1).

Update equipment structure from material consumption.

Crowd

Create an SAP Business Partner before creating a Vendor.

Person

New maintenance transaction was created for users' handling. it incorporates new creations like organizational structure and teams.

Person reservations can be sent to SAP FSM based on CATS data.

Changes in HR records automatically update FSM master data of relevant employees (supported infotypes - Personal data, Addresses, Qualifications). New qualifications created in transaction PPDPIM are automatically transferred to SAP FSM. SAP users can be automatically added to the FSM Cloud Connector user maintenance table and transferred to SAP FSM, based on authorization roles. If a role is unassigned, the user becomes inactive.

Determine a technician’s home address and territory from the related customer’s ship-to address.

Organizational structures

Implementation of Organizational Structure in the FSM Connector. Organization Level reference added to every object. In addition, it is now possible to determine organization level like company id and use this value as if it was company id in FSM Cloud Connector.

Skills

Filter skills and tags relevant for transfer to SAP FSM based on qualification catalogues.

Master data

Send intercompany master data for equipment and customer objects during outbound service call processing.

Administration

Stop the low priority queue in case of traffic in the standard queue (based on the amount of entries defined by the user).

Additional improvements

Program /PACG/ECM_TRIG_EMPLOYEE_MASTER enhanced with a company selection field (mandatory) and the ‘force sending’ parameter.

Spanning activities - durationInMinutes mapped to duration (DAUNO), plannedDurationInMinutes mapped to work (ARBEI).

Suppressing redundant events. In order to narrow system load, additional checks are performed and event raised only when results are positive - if events are raised or only for FSM Cloud Connector related objects.

/PACG/ECM_SAASG was extended with Sales Office selection. Sales office is checked only when it’s filled in the configuration table. If it is not, sales office assignment of objects is not considered at all in programs.

Network Orders can be used in FSM Connector replacing service orders.

If service call creation from FSM is not allowed the inbound idoc status is set to 51 (error).

Defect corrections

If a received message has already been processed, an idoc with status 56 will be created (related to the 'Check GUID on Input' functionality).

Do not raise activity event after setting rating in activity.

Setup program does not overwrite values of - guid_input_check - no_confirmation fields anymore. If they’re changed by the user, they keep their values after setup rerun.

In SAP, the incoming checklists’ having no content are now turned into IDOCs and processed as a result creating empty checklists (only header data is stored, the rest is simply missing) instead of sending no confirmation back (leaving checklists in FSM blocked).
