/PACG/ECM_POST_TIMEF - Rebooking of not booked Work Time and Time Effort

This report is used for rebooking of not posted Work Time and Time Effort.

It was created as part of a new solution related to Time Effort processing which can be switched on in /PACG/ECM_CTET - Time Effort Type transaction by unchecking BGJob IDOC processing setting and entering Park From and Park To values.

Once the new Time Effort processing is switched on, time effort data is not processed automatically but stored in table /PACG/ECM_ALTEW along with UDF data in /PACG/ECM_ALTEWU and CATS receiver data in /PACG/ECM_ALTEWC.

Stored data can be posted using report /PACG/ECM_POST_TIMEF. It is advised that the report is run in the batch mode.

Report selection requires filling company ID and status to be set on successfully processed entries. There are additional optional filtering fields provided: reason, activity number, order, status, start and end date and so on.

It is advised to fill ‘Minutes to skip’ and ‘Minutes to buffer’ fields which will allow checking for entries older than <Minutes to skip> value that does not have entries with a certain person and start date in the next <Minutes to buffer> minutes. This allows checking whether all entries were already stored in the database for the set date at the point of report runtime.

Additionally two output options are provided

simple - which provides the information about number of successful confirmations

advanced - which provides more information about the results.

Additionally, the report can be run in test mode.

If there are any inconsistencies/error messages they can be view in SLG1 transaction and should be corrected manually.
