The goal of this report is to sync reserved materials with FSM. This is especially important for the new Connector’s installation when initial load of data to FSM needs to be done.

Based on a given selection, this report does following things: it collects service orders, reads their components and checks if related entries already exists in the /PACG/ECM_ARMAT table in order to avoid duplicates. In addition, for each component that is added to FSM reservations and the program also checks if related material documents exist in order to calculate already shipped quantities - this also depends on the type of process.

  • Generate Synch.Idoc - with this checkbox ticked related idocs are sent to FSM, otherwise only in /PACG/ECM_ARMAT tables are created
