/PACG/ECM_FSM_USERS - Report for role-based user generation

Use this report to generate FSM users based on roles assigned to SAP users in transaction SU01. This report is necessary to use the functionality of transaction /PACG/ECM_USROL on S/4 systems and the newest ECC systems (where function module PRGN_USER_ASSIGNMENT_CHANGE is not called after saving transaction SU01). The program can be run manually or scheduled as a background job.

In transaction /PACG/ECM_USROL the following customizing is maintained:

If user role SAP_BC_EMPLOYEE is assigned to an SAP user, an FSM user will be created in company 1 - it will be plannable, active, non-crowd and will be assigned to permission group 39767.

Assign the role SAP_BC_EMPLOYEE in transaction SU01:

Run transaction /PACG/ECM_FSM_USERS, for this specific user or all users:

Logs confirm transfer of the new user to FSM. The user can now be found in transaction /PACG/ECM_MAINT_USERS.
