/PACG/ECM_NTDET - Srv. notification type determination

Entries here are mandatory for the business partner determination in the service notification. Without any entry here, then the service notification may be created without a customer. The entry in the field "Typ" must correspond to the entries to be made in "https://proaxia-prod-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PFCC/pages/37137498".


Field "MAT" here refers to the "Problem type" in FSM.



Example 1:
Missing entry will cause the "Sold-to party" in service notification be undetermined.


Example 2:
If the setting is like this in "https://proaxia-prod-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PFCC/pages/37136567"


If the setting is like this in "https://proaxia-prod-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PFCC/pages/37137498"


Service call created in FSM with problem type selected as "Repair".


The result is:

 

Customer and responsible field are undetermined in service order.


Sold-to party is undetermined in service notification.


Example 3:
If entry for 010 Warranty case is not set but available for other problem type (MAT) like below.


The order is still being created with everything intact except for the sold to party in service notification.
