General Description and Business Benefits

All widgets in the system are part of the Analytics section and their purpose is to provide to the user through dynamic graphs the performance of the sales area. These descriptive analytics help to identify various trends and can be used to create appropriate business actions.

For example the user can have a 360° overview of the Sources that the leads are generated from.

i.e. If the incoming leads from a website are decreasing per quarter or YoY, this signifies a trend that should be examined and exploited either by increasing the company's on-line presence or by creating various on-line campaigns(Sales and Marketing).
