8.1 Create Wholesales Lead

To create a wholesale lead, the user will select the cross ( + ) button and select create wholesale lead.

The user selects the business partner grid list and in the pop-up form must fill-out the required fields: 

  • Select the contact person in case there are more than one of contact persons (Business partner type company) 
  • Select the Fleet Type from the drop-down list.  
  • Select the Fleet Segment from the drop-down list 
  • Channel and Source from the drop-down list 
  • Vehicle Type: New or Used
  • Makes: the primary make. It is possible when assigning vehicles to select a different make 
  • Currency: by default the standard currency configured on the company level. 

After completing the fill-out of the required fields, the main lead page is loaded. 

The next step in the process is to Add Vehicles to the sales lead. 

Adding vehicles from the Inventory with Reservation 

The user can add vehicles from the inventory grid list. After selecting the vehicles the user decides whether these vehicles should be reserved or not. 

In case of reservation, the vehicles are displayed under the tab Vehicles as reserved (specific VINs)

 


The selected vehicle(s) are shown as Reserved in the inventory grid list



Adding vehicles from the Inventory without Reservation 

The user can select one or more vehicles from the inventory, preferably with different specifications, and the choose the option Without Reservation.

The system will add under the tab Vehicles, vehicle lines without VIN. In this case the vehicles added are the models with the specifications as the vehicles' selected from the inventory.


Adding vehicles from the Configurator 

The user can select also a VOI that it is configured using the Advanced Configurator. After adding the vehicle, the user can increase the quantity of the vehicles to be ordered with the same exact configuration. 


As soon as the VOIs are added in the Wholesales Lead from the various sources, the user can increase the ordered Qty, before proceeding with the Offer Creation.Â
