3.1 Dashboard (customize Dashboard)

Multi-dashboards is a very important feature that gives the possibility to users to have more than one dashboards available and adjust their workplace based on actual needs.

Depending on application rights (business cases), the user can adjust, re-order the available widgets, add or delete widgets and then save the edited dashboard with a unique name.

When logging in the system the users can select at any time with which dashboard they want to work with.

A dashboard can be also created as Global and thus can be selected by anybody in the same company. 



To modify the selected Dashboard the user can delete existing Widgets from home dashboard or add new. This can be done through user profile icon and the function Add Widgets.



From the Widgets page the user can select the Widget he wants to add by pressing the icon located at the bottom right.




In order to remove a Widget from the dashboard, the user must select the dots icon on the right side off the widget and click on the Remove option.
