4.4 Activate/Deactivated Business Partners

In Digital Sales Workplace, the user has the possibility to deactivate and activate business partners. 

Deactivate BP

• The user can navigate to the Business Partners grid list and edit a selected BP. To deactivate the BP, the action Deactivate Business Partner must be selected.  A pop up message is displayed informing the user that the BP is successfully deactivated.
• After the deactivation the BP will not be included in the Business Partners Grid List. This BP appears however in the Deactivated Business Partners List.

Activate BP

1. The user can select () on the top right and then navigate to the Deactivated Business Partners Grid List and edit a specific record and activate the BP by selecting the relevant action from the Actions menu.  A pop up message is displayed informing the user that the BP is successfully activated.
2. After the successful activation, the BP is included in the Business Partners Grid List.
