The full sync process can be stopped manually by deleting synchronization requests in FSM Admin module:

The following steps must be performed after manual stop of full sync:

  1. Stop Message Broker

  2. Stop the full sync in FSM by deleting synchronization requests in FSM Admin module (mark and delete objects)

  3. in SMQ1, mark all queues with queue name /PACG/ECM_FULLSYNC and delete them

  4. Execute the setup program (/PACG/ECM_SETUP - FSM Connector's Setup)

  5. Restart Message Broker

  6. Run Full sync
