Remove attachments and checklist instances while copying activities

Implement this business rule to avoid duplication of attachments after activity reassignment. The duplication occurs when attachment inheriting by/from activities is enabled in transaction /PACG/ECM_ACTIVE–General Properties of E4C Activity (e.g. field ‘Link SAP Attachments from Service Notification to Activity’). When an activity is reassigned, by default its copy is created - this includes copies of the attachments. The business rule removes attachments and checklist instances while copying activities. The attachments are restored when in SAP ECC/S4 the new activity inherits them from its service order/notification/equipment (depending on the customizing).

Unassigned activities for inactive users in FSM

This rule is dedicated for offboarding tool (program /PACG/ECM_USERS_OFFBOARD). Standard logic of FSM do not unassigned not released activity after deletion or deactivation of user. Running this BR will remove all service assignments when a user is deactivated from SAP via ERP Connector, so that all activities that are assigned, but not released will return to the planning basket. Please, be aware that this rule works only in case of deactivation of users. If you remove (soft deletion & hard deletion) users from SAP, this rule will not be executed.
