/PACG/ECM_TAGF - Tag Filter

Filter skills and tags relevant for transfer to SAP FSM based on qualification catalogs (e.g. qualification groups).

The customizing transaction consists of the following fields:

Company ID

Object type (e.g. QK)

Object ID

One or more qualification catalogs can be entered (any level of hierarchy). Apart from the standard catalog – QK, catalogs defined in projects can be used.

The filter works only for tags built based on HRP1000 qualifications. If no filter is defined, all qualifications will be relevant for FSM.

Process

Make sure that in transaction /PACG/ECM_SKTAG - General settings Skill/Tag the ‘Skill source’ field is set to ‘1 HRP1001’.

No entries in /PACG/ECM_TAGF - Tag Filter

Leave transaction /PACG/ECM_TAGF empty.

Navigate to transaction /PACG/ECM_TRIG_SKILL - Skill send to transfer skills maintained for an employee in transaction PPDPIM.

Notice that they belong to different qualification groups.

All of the found skills should be transferred.

The same should apply to tags transferred with transaction /PACG/ECM_TRIG_TAG - Tag send.

Qualification group entered in transaction /PACG/ECM_TAGF - Tag Filter

Navigate to transaction /PACG/ECM_TAGF and create an entry with a qualification group (object type – QK).

Object ID of the group can be found in table HRP1000.

With such a setting only qualifications belonging to the entered qualification group should be sent to SAP FSM.

Navigate to transaction /PACG/ECM_TRIG_SKILL - Skill send to transfer skills maintained for an employee in transaction PPDPIM.

Notice that the sent skills are filtered by qualification group. A qualification with object ID 5001035 wasn’t transferred.

The same should apply to tags transferred with transaction /PACG/ECM_TRIG_TAG - Tag send.
