The full sync processed can be stopped manually by deleting synchronization requests in FSM Admin module:

The following steps must be performed afterwards:

  1. Execute the setup program (/PACG/ECM_SETUP - FSM Connector's Setup)

  2. When finished, trigger a new full sync

  3. Restart Message Broker
