/PACG/ECM_SC_PGF - Planner group filter for service calls

See SAP note 3467590 when using (S4)PACG 200 SP12.

Functionality allows to filter service calls transfer to the FSM, based on planner group. The customizing is created as cluster view:

On the top level, user must select company where the filter will be used.

Next level in sub hierarchy are order types which can be managed:

  • Service order

  • Network orders

  • Notifications orders (PM notification, Service Notification)

Regarding filter options, users have a variety of choices. They can define either an included or excluded planning group, and there are also different possibilities for ranges using the 'Option push button.'

On planner groups level are 2 fields to select Planner Group. The second entry is necessary to use option ‘Range’ from ‘Options Push button’. By selecting values in both ‘PG’ fields, user can define customized range for Planner group.

When Order is not relevant for FSM transfer due to Planner group customizing, then information is raised in SLG1 or via Cockpit in option ‘Display log’.
