The order status is determined from the related Communication Framework task. The prerequisite is that the task is automatically created - please see the Communication Framework documentation for details.

By default the status is determined from the task types /DBE/T001 and /DBE/T002. This setting can be overwritten in the VSS->Service-> Service Resource Scheduling->Customer Portal->General Settings->Mainatin Customer Portal Parameters IMG node.

Define External Statuses

External(presented to the customer) statuses can be defined In the VSS->Service-> Service Resource Scheduling->Customer Portal->External Document Status->Define External Statuses IMG node.
