The following fields are part of equipment customizing for WBS service calls and activities:

No send | Do not send any equipment assigned to WBS service calls (no ‘equipment’ in service call idoc). |
Equipment from Header | Equipment assigned to a service call WBS in tab ‘Assignments’, field ‘Equipment’ will be sent to SAP FSM as service call equipment. |
Functional location from header | Functional location assigned to a service call WBS in tab ‘Assignments’, field ‘Functional location’ will be sent to SAP FSM as service call equipment. |
Equipment from header, 2nd functional location from header | Equipment assigned to a service call WBS in tab ‘Assignments’, field ‘Equipment’ will be sent to SAP FSM as service call equipment. If not found, functional location assigned to a service call WBS in tab ‘Assignments’, field ‘Functional location’ will be sent to SAP FSM as service call equipment. |

Example
Functional location is assigned to an activity WBS element:
In transaction /PACG/ECM_ACTI, field ‘Send Equi' is set to ‘Equipment from Operation, 2nd Functional Loc. from Operation’. Since no equipment is specified for the WBS element, functional location should be used.
The activity WBS element’s functional location can be found as the WBS activity’s equipment in SAP FSM:
/PACG/ECM_EQ1, fields Equip ServOrd and FL ServOrd
During transfer of a WBS service call, send equipment/functional location master data (idocs) for the equipment/floc used in the service call WBS.
/PACG/ECM_SCG, field send_to_struct
During service call transfer, include equipment/functional location hierarchy (top-down) as additional segments of the service call idoc.
The hierarchy is retrieved for the equipment/functional location assigned to the service call WBS.
