/PACG/ECM_RMGM – Reserved Material Action on GM

To get an overview of all configuration steps necessary for the selected reserved material scenario, navigate to Reservation on technician storage location, SD Reserved material, DC reserved material or MM reserved material

Material reservation is created when a component is entered into a service order. This transaction is used to increase/decrease quantities of reserved materials (table /PACG/ECM_ARMAT), based on goods movements in SAP ECC/S4. It’s not considered for material documents created based on consumption/transfer in FSM.

Movement type used in reserved material process that should trigger reserved material quantity update

D/C

Debit/Credit indicator retrieved from material documents (S = debit, H = credit). E.g. posting delivery for consignment fill-up (SD Reserved material) results in the following material document positions, with the following D/C indicator:

 

In that case, FSM Cloud Connector will first clear the reserved material entry for plant reservation:

 

and then increase the shipped quantity in the entry for special stock.

 

The material will be sent to FSM as shipped and visible on the special stock.

Special Stock

It is possible to choose if the configuration will be used for normal stock or special stock. Make sure that special stocks are set for the correct entries when using SD Reserved material scenario.
