MM reserved material
Used when material is a nonstock item. Reserved material with shipped quantity sent to FSM after delivery for the purchase order.
Customizing prerequisites
Reserved material creation
Make sure that the ‘RMAT’ object is assigned to the relevant plants for your company. Otherwise reserved materials can’t be transferred to FSM.
Check if field ResMat Creation (long label Source for Reserved Material creation) is set to From order components for proper reserved material creation in https://proaxia-prod-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PFCC/pages/2094727169:
Define a cloud special stock for MM reservations in transaction https://proaxia-prod-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PFCC/pages/31954033. They must be sent to FSM with https://proaxia-prod-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PFCC/pages/38175103. Optionally add a plant reservation stock, if material should be visible in FSM as unshipped before delivery.
Add the following movements types in transaction :
In transaction , configure the following action:
With proper customizing, after delivery, an entry with process type M and type M should be created in table /PACG/ECM_ARMAT for a given reservation.
Reserved material consumption/transfer
In transaction , tab Materials settings, fill in the following fields:

In transaction IW31, tab components, enter material, quantity, item category “N” and plant.
In document flow, find created purchase requisition.
Navigate to transaction ME21N, enter your purchase requisition number and use option “Stock Transport Order”.
Enter supplying plant.
Save the order (copy created purchasing document number) and navigate to transaction VL10B and enter your purchasing document number.
On the next screen, choose your document and use button “Background”
Navigate to delivery log creation and display created delivery documents:
In transaction VL01n change from display mode to change mode. In section “Picking” enter picked quantity and storage location and use button “Post Goods issue”
