Project stock in reserved materials

Reserved materials can use project stock. FSM technicians can see not only unplanned project stocks but also the reserved materials from project stock.

Prerequisite

Make sure that a project stock is maintained as a special stock in transaction /PACG/ECM_WRHOUSE - FSM warehouse (field ‘WBS element’).

The stock should be transferred to FSM.

A WBS element should be entered in service orders additional data:

Create a stock item component:

The following reservation is created, with reference to the WBS element and special stock ‘Q’:

Project stock quantity is available for the test material:

The following reserved material IDoc is sent to FSM, using the project stock warehouse ('special stock'):

The reserved material can be found on the mobile (Android) app:

If consumed on the mobile app, the following Goods movement is performed, with reference to the WBS element and special stock ‘Q’:
