Dates for WBS service calls and activities can be customized using fields ‘DT Order Header’, ‘Assign. dat/time’ and ‘Dates alloc’ in transaction /PACG/ECM_WBS - WBS (Service call) – Definition.

Dates alloc.

 

Specify which dates should be used as service call start/end/due dates:

  • Basic – use service call WBS basic dates as service call’s start and end/due

  • Forecast - use service call WBS forecast dates as service call’s start and end/due

 

Specify which dates should be used as activity due/earliest start dates:

  • Basic – use basic start date from activity WBS as activity earliest start and basic finish date from activity WBS as activity due date. If not found, service call WBS basic dates are used.

  • Forecast - use forecast start date from activity WBS as activity earliest start and forecast finish date from activity WBS as activity due date. If not found, service call WBS forecast dates are used.  

Assign. dat/time

Specify which dates from the activity WBS should be used as activity start date and end date: 

  • Basic dates – use activity WBS basic dates

  • Forecast dates – use activity WBS forecast dates

  • Basic dates + Forecast Dates - use activity WBS’s basic start and forecast finish date

DT order header

The related service call WBS’s basic date should be used as activity start/end date (if enabled, customizing in field ‘Assign. dat/time’ is not considered).

Default start/end time of activities

WBS elements cannot be assigned time, only dates. Use fields ‘Start of-’ and ‘End of Activity’ in transaction /PACG/ECM_SCTDF - WBS (Service call) - Default values to set default activity start/end time (during activity creation). Otherwise, activity time will be set as ’00’08:00:00 – 2316:59:59’.  00:00’. This will be overwritten after dispatching the activity on the planning board in SAP FSM.
