Dates for WBS service calls and activities can be customized using fields ‘DT Order Header’, ‘Assign. dat/time’ and ‘Dates alloc’ in transaction /PACG/ECM_WBS - WBS (Service call) – Definition.

Default start/end time of activities
WBS elements cannot be assigned time, only dates. Use fields ‘Start of-’ and ‘End of Activity’ in transaction /PACG/ECM_SCTDF - WBS (Service call) - Default values to set default activity start/end time (during activity creation). Otherwise, activity time will be set as ’00:00:00 – 23:59:59’.
