‘Dispatch Monitor’ is a tool used for initial allocation of a demand arising out of Day-based appointments to a resource in the hierarchy whereas ‘Workshop Planner’ is a tool used for initial allocation of a demand arising out of Time-Based appointments to a resource in the hierarchy. The access sequence is called from external parties using a central class.
