For valid service contracts and service contract items, the status is green; for service contracts and items that are no longer valid, the status is red. If the status is red, this could be due to one of the following reasons:
- The contract start and end dates are missing or are not valid in the service contract at header or item level.
- The service contract item has been rejected (tab page Sales A in the service contract).
- The service contract item has been cancelled (tab page Contract Data in the service contract).
- The entries in the Covered Service and Received Service fields are the same and are greater than zero (tab page VSS Data in the service contract item).
- The vehicle mileage is not valid.
Activities
Use the vehicle search to find the relevant vehicle and in the vehicle data choose the Service Contract detail view.
