The hereby described processes refer to the WBS element-based integration (WBS elements transferred as SAP FSM service calls or activities).

Please note that this integration approach is in its beta version. It contains most of the major features but is not considered fully production-ready. We release it to collect further feedback and will be happy to adjust it to your needs as part of a joint integration project.

A parallel PS integration approach is network order-oriented - meaning project network orders are transferred as SAP FSM service calls. Learn more: Network order integration.

The following terms are often used as shortcuts in the documentation:

Term

Meaning

WBS service call

An FSM service call created based on a WBS element

Service call WBS

A WBS element based on which an FSM service call is created (a WBS element whose project type is customized as FSM service call-relevant)

WBS activity

An FSM activity created based on a WBS element

Activity WBS

A WBS element based on which an FSM activity is created (a WBS element whose project type is customized as FSM activity-relevant)
