Due to the nature of WBS elements, the checkout process cannot be as automated as it is for service orders. Fields ‘Automatic billing’ and ‘CHECK_ASCI’ in transaction /PACG/ECM_SCTD - Service call types definition are not relevant for WBS integration (cannot be found in the equivalent transaction - /PACG/ECM_WBS - WBS (Service call) - Definition).

Checkouts of WBS activities do not cause billing processes. The checkout report is saved on activity and activity WBS level.

 

Process example

Perform checkout for a WBS activity on the FSM mobile app. 

 

Inbound checkout idoc is processed correctly.
